Overview
To better serve our customers we provide (2) methods for ordering our products. Orders can be placed online through this website using our secure ordering process or a printable order form can be downloaded and sent by mail. To download our mail order form, click on the link below. You must have Acrobat® Reader® installed on your machine to view and print the order form.
Acceptable Image Sources
We accept photos(preferably glossy finish), original tear-sheets, 35mm slides, negatives, and high-resolution files (300) dpi in .JPG, .TIF, or .EPS format.
Turnaround Time
2-3 days for the proof to be created and 6-7 days from approval date for printing. Additional time is necessary for shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on high volume situations.
Retouching
Minor retouching such as removing blemishes, smoothing wrinkles, etc. will be done at the agency's request.
Proofs
A PDF proof will be provided for all orders. Once an order is submitted online, an email will be sent to either the Agency or model. You will then have the ability to review and approve the proof online using our automated proofing system. Be sure to review model stats, spelling, photo credits, etc.
Please Note: Monitor resolutions, quality and color output vary tremendously. Online proofing is an excellent way to catch "major" issues however the printed product may not match your PDF proof. If you need "MatchPrint" proofs to show exact color reproduction, a $20 fee will be charged per product plus shipping.
Model Media will not be responsible for errors on approved proofs.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, Check or Money Order are acceptable terms of payment for mail orders. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are the only forms of payment for online orders through our website.
Shipping Policy
UPS Ground Shipping is included on all orders.
Refund Policy
In case an error occurs by Model Media or it's agents, Model Media assumes the right to re-print or refund. All claims and/or adjustments to the completed order must be made within 72 hours of delivery. A reasonable variation in color between originals submitted by the customer and the completed product shall constitute acceptable delivery. Acceptable variation in color shall be at the sole discrection of Model Media.
Note: Image quality may be affected by enlargement or reduction.
